A garden bursting into life, where all the senses could be maximally involved when exploring. Visitors may feel free to smell and touch the plants, although gently and carefully – the plants must also be treated with respect.
The forgotten art of weaving with tree branches emphasizes the historical atmosphere of the region as well as the closeness to nature and simplicity.
A bed of medicinal plants, herbs, as well as perennials, and summer flowers imitates the sunrise or sunset in terms of its range of colours. Grasses and taller plants offer shelter from the wind and the opportunity to meet other species in the garden. In the middle of the garden, slightly hidden, there are fragrant roses.
The plants have been selected by taking into account what bumblebees and bees like. This is where the garden’s name ‘My Beehive’ comes from, as the sustainability of these creatures ensures a more beautiful life for all of us.
