Events

The participants of the citizens’ assembly gather to analyze proposals with a fresh perspective, consider feedback from experts and interest groups, and collectively refine the final proposals. An e-voting takes place, and any proposal with at least 80% support from the citizens’ assembly is considered adopted by the assembly. The proposals are handed over to the city government at the end of the day.

The citizens’ assembly events are closed. However, it is possible to participate as an observer by prior arrangement by expressing your interest by October 1st at rahvakogud@democracy.ee.
