GREEN labels ON RESTAURANT WEEK MENUS
Inspired by Tallinn’s 2023 title – European Green Capital, all restaurants are invited to offer more environmentally friendly options to the guests of Tallinn Restaurant Week.
The aim of the initiative is to pay more and more attention to the importance of environmentally friendly decisions in food culture.
In cooperation with Civita, green stars have been developed that restaurants can add to foods with a smaller environmental footprint.
